Oxford Welsh Male Voice Choir

Founded in 1928...

Harwell Village Hall, Harwell
27th September 2014

Our first ever concert in Harwell to a packed hall. The bar was open before the concert which put the audience in a very receptive mood!

We finally have a picture of Helen with facial hair.... she still manages to control the choir for the 'Bandits Chorus'

Anna Shackleton joined us and sang the solo in 'Morte Christe' in addition to her own sets. She sang two superb Handel songs and a crowd pleasing 'Oh my beloved father'

looking composed

It took some time for the audience to calm down despite Helen trying to look fierce. It was so hot that many of the moustaches fell off during the performance... much to the delight of the audience.

We would love to return when the village hall refurbishments are complete.
